Return a Bulk Email Express product

Return a product purchased directly from Bulk Email Express.

This document provides information on how to return a Bulk Email Express product purchased in Canada.

Bulk Email Express doesn't accept returns for the following products, regardless of where they were purchased:

• Products obtained through a volume license or an employee purchase program.
• Not-for-resale (NFR), pirated, tryout, or free-of-charge products or versions.
• Products purchased from an online auction site, or from an individual.
• Products or versions of products that Bulk Email Express no longer distributes or supports.

Return a product /software purchased directly from Bulk Email Express

Bulk Email Express will exchange or refund the purchase of a product or support contract that you purchased directly from Bulk Email Express if you contact Bulk Email Express to request the return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return software for a refund

To return a product /software purchased directly from Bulk Email Express, please send us an e-mail.

Or  contact Customer Service by phone at 514- 907-7864. Customer Service will request the following information:

• The order number.
• Your name.
• The product you're returning.
• The serial number, if applicable.
• The reason for the return.
• The purchase price before tax.

*Before you call or uninstall the software, go to the Help menu of the software and select 'transfer your license'.
